Tutorial 14: Enemy paths, part 2

Now that you know how to create enemy paths, let’s talk about multi-paths. You can connect a patrol point to several patrol points, not just one. For example, let’s extend the route we created in the previous tutorial as shown in the image.


Now let’s connect the first patrol point to the new ones (left click the source point, release, then press and hold C and left click the destination point).


Now the skeleton will randomly choose a route when it is at the patrol point with several connections. But beware, note that this path has two dead ends, at the left and right of it. If the enemy reaches this points it will become stuck. Let’s help this poor skeleton by completing the path.


Now the skeleton has a complete path so it won’t get stuck. That’s great, isn’t it?
